Best car buying experience EVER! In to look around, and two hours later the owner of an awesome car! Robert was great to work with. Very attentive. I got exactly what I wanted. Can’t wait to experience all the perks that come with purchasing at Sewell.
Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this dealership. I bought a used Q8 and a new one at the same time I paid 3k for an in and out deal only to drive the used one home with 7k miles and the check engine light came on. It then started over heating and was stranded on the side of the road the dealership couldn’t come tow me per my warranty because they had nobody to do it they did eventually send someone. I paid 3k for the pre certified certificate only to end up spending 2900 to have everything fixed. The service manager Spencer was very nice I asked the sales manager Diego to call me. Never heard from him I also had plans to buy another new Q8 for one of my staff. I would have been better off just buying an Escalade or other luxury vehicle locally. I will not buy from them again. Good luck should you choose them.
I just leased my 5th vehicle from Audi Sugar Land. They live up to the Sewell mission of first class customer service to gain and keep a customer for life. My sales team has included Chris, Frankie and Robert and they are awesome! The service team of RJ, Sam, Spencer and Ben go above and beyond to make the service process as smooth as possible! And a special shout out to Austin, the in-house Tech Specialist. He is extremely knowledgeable and a patient customer focused trainer on how to maximize your Audi driving experience!
TL;DR - dishonest dealer, shady practices. Don't make a deal with them as they will NOT RESPECT IT. AVOID AT ALL COST. FOR OUT-OF-TOWN BUYER: don't waste time flying in. You will be told the vehicle has already been sold last night. You will have to book an overpriced same-day one-way ticket to fly back. ------- I came in yesterday and decided to purchase a Porsche 911 from Frankie (Sales) and Dylan (Pre-Owned Manager). Dylan and I shook hands on the price and made a deal. We agreed on taking the car to do a Pre Purchase Inspection on next Monday (the earliest slot I could book with my mechanic) before finalizing everything. The car was supposed to move to other dealers on Saturday, but Dylan called it off since we had this deal. Everything went great so far. Dylan seems professional and easy to talk to. Until this morning they told me they have SOLD THE CAR LAST NIGHT. There is no heads up, no communications at all. They have never tried to secure the deal with the customer. As seen in other reviews, we have some customers asking the dealer to hold the car until they come to the dealer. NO THEY WON'T. The only reason the car is still available is because no one else make an offer.
Great experience with this dealership. They went above and beyond and I really enjoyed working with Shaely and Elvin. Would highly recommend.
